perfect location. nice and clean loby. both the living room and the bedroom are extra large. mid-size balcony. a big supermarket at the entrance where you find anything. nice fitness.
the only downside was, there was a kind of smell in the building and the flat. I dont know whether it was from food or spices or sth else.

كل شي كان رائع جدا النظافه الهدوء التكييف الاستجابه ، اعجبني المرونه في التعامل ، كما سمحو لنا مشكورين بالتأخر في الخروج حتى الساعه ١ ، اتمنى توفير كبسولات القهوه وبعض الشاي والسكر وقنينتين ماء شرب في المسكن
المكان يجنن ومطل على النافوره و البرج من كل الغرف و اسحاق كان متعاون معنا في الدخول و الخروج انصح فيها

Le logement était propre, confortable et conforme à la description, mais ce qui m’a le plus marquée, c’est la vue absolument incroyable — un vrai coup de cœur.
L’accueil a été chaleureux et attentionné, on se sent tout de suite à l’aise, comme à la maison.

It was a comfortable and nice house, just like home. I had a great time staying there for 10 days.
The place is good and clean, but the door lock needs to be changed because it gets stuck a lot and it is difficult to get in and out of the house. The air conditioner should be set for the entire apartment and not just one room.
My experience at this apartment has been excellent. The unit , clean, and well-maintained, with all amenities in good working order. The location offers great convenience, being close to essential services, shops, and public transport. Management has been highly professional, responsive to any requests, and attentive to residents’ needs. I would gladly recommend this property to anyone seeking a comfortable and hassle-free living experience

Stayed here recently and had a great experience. Isaac was very helpful throughout the stay. The place was very clean, quiet, and peaceful — exactly what I was looking for. Perfect spot to relax and feel comfortable. Would definitely stay again.
The apartment is well apportioned, with two great bedrooms and excellently located within 5 minutes of the Burj Khalifa and Dubai Mall. Lovely pool area overlooking the Dubai fountains and a well appointed gym. Would definitely recommend for the location and the hosts were responsive when needed. I wouldn't hesitate to re-book this apartment for a downtown location.

Quant à la résidence, elle est très bien positionné avec une piscine sans énorme fréquentation.
Host was very accomodating and promptly answered all our queries. The view is breathtaking - full view of Burj and the Fountain. Will stay there again.
The mattress was very firm and may not suit those who prefer a softer sleeping surface.

The apartment was fantastic and in the best location, next to Duabi Opera and Burj Khalifa and a short walk to the mall. The views were unbelievable, overlooking the mountains. Inside the apartment, was clean and modern and had all amenities. An absolutely, perfect stay. Highly recommended.

Great apartment, very convenient to Dubai Mall. quite a walk to Dubai Metro but since it is through Dubai Mall, it is air conditioned. very attentive hosts.

الشقة جميلة وحديثة لاكن هُنالك بعض الملاحظات على التكييف في الصالة والجو كان حار جداً والملاحظة الآخرى لم يتم تسليمي لكرت مواقف السيارات إلى باليوم التالي ويوجد بها حمامين فقط وأخيراً لا يوجد مرونه في تسجيل الخروج كان الساعة ١١ صباحاً وطلبت وقت إضافي وأخبروني بأنه برسوم مُبالغ فيها .. غير ذلك كان المسكن جيد وحديث

Je déconseille fortement cet appartement et ses hôtes. L’appartement est extrêmement petit, bien loin de ce qui est montré sur l’annonce. La cuisine est collée au salon, la chambre n’a pas de lit King Size comme indiqué, l’armoire est minuscule, et il n’y a ni tapis ni descentes de lit. La salle de bain et les toilettes sont ridiculement petites, et dès qu’on ouvre une porte, on est bloqué pour accéder à une autre pièce. Tout est vraiment trop petit, même pour une personne seule.

عند وصولي مع العلم انني اعطيت خبر بموعد وصولي اضطررت للانتظار حدود خمس واربعين دقيقة في الخارج حتى وصول الاخ اسحاق وتسليمي الشقة
الشقة جدا رائعة والاثاث نظيف
ولكن في الليلة الاولى منتصف الليل بدأت صافرات انذار الدخان بالتصفير بصوت مزعج
وعند الخروج الساعة الحادية عشر يعطون فقط ساعة مهلة وهذا اشوفه شيء مزعج حتى لو خرجت لبس هناك فندق يستقبلك قبل الساعة الثالثة..

From the outset, communication was very good. Issac always responded to my questions timely and courteously. The apartment itself is absolutely beautiful, I cannot fault it.
It can prove difficult to relax by the pool due to ongoing building works around the area.
The concierge staff are nice. You will have to take a taxi to the beach or to restaurants which if done at a good time will take you around 20-25 minutes if there is no traffic. There are pharmacies and two supermarkets nearby.
Every thing was excellent. I arrived late and the host was waiting for me and they were very helpful. Thank you so much. Definitely I would come back again.
